THE BAND
TOM
Tom is continuing to use his skills as a recording engineer to hone our songs and bring new ideas into the band. His
lead guitar work is a joy. He is also lending an additional vocal to the mix which further enhances the quality of the sound.
Tom also has another band called Pluk who play around the Sheffield scene. We will try and give you some info on
his band when we have it.

Redders doing his shy retiring bit
REDDERS
It really is difficult to express how Redders voice (and his hips) are so moving and emotive.
It appears that he puts his "heart and soul" into every song, no matter how many times he's sung
it. His enthusiasm and professionalism matches that of the rest of the band and serves him well as the charismatic front man.
He's a bit of a comic and loves being on stage; he'll make sure you have a brilliant night.
The louder the audience clap the more enthusiastic he gets.

Glyn "The Hat"
GLYN
Glyn is now settling in nicely and getting up to speed with the material, He still won't tell us about his brush
with fame and Terry Wogan but one day -----------------------------.
Great to have him on board and at least Redders, also being from Barnsley, can understand his humour

His head is all you ever see of Tony
TONY
As you may gather, Tony plays drums for us as well as Fade 2 Black the local blues outfit.
He has a different colour kit for every occasion together with various cow bells, wooden blocks, chimes and accessories that
haven't see the light of day yet.
He uses Pickfords now to transport his gear around.
However it is all worth it as, together with Glyn, they are the engine room of the band.

John in action
AND FINALLY - JOHN
As the bands rhythm guitarist, vocalist and organiser he has to provide the groove and if you're lucky you
may get a sight of his "mini-me" which comes out on special occasions
A veteran (I use that word wisely!) of various bands around Sheffield, he sees The Call as the culmination of his
musical career and he still wonders "why couldn't I have done this 10yrs earlier when my legs could stand it"!
